ArtHax LLC ("ArtHax," "we," "us", "me", "he/him", "they") provides apps, scripts, experiences, and makes shit. This policy covers all of the above. TL;DR: we collect as little as we can, and we don't sell anything we do collect.
what we collect on this website
- Nothing. No analytics scripts, no third-party trackers, no advertising pixels.
- Standard server access logs (IP, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) may be retained briefly by our hosting provider for security and reliability. We do not use these to profile visitors.
- If you email us, we keep the email so we can reply.
what our apps collect
All of them run locally on your devices and collect nothing.
- No user accounts. You don't sign in to use them.
- No analytics or telemetry sent to ArtHax.
- Application preferences and content you create are stored on your device in standard temp/preference/settings/application support locations.
- If an app requests system permissions (e.g. screen recording for a capture monitor, printer access for sticker printing), it uses them only for the feature you invoked and does not transmit that data off-device.
third parties
Our website is hosted by a standard cloud provider. Scripts, CSS, Images are all self-hosted. Font files are either self-hosted or loaded from Google Fonts. We do not embed social media trackers, advertising networks, or session replay tools. Although almost everyone else out there does.
Our apps are hosted on other services, such as GitHub, RoutineHub, App Stores, and others - and links to these are clearly labeled. You'll need to ask them about their privacy policies if you care.
Credit card purchases, in-person or elsehwere, are handled by Square. There could be some data sharing involved, but we don't control that and would prefer to not be involved.
children
Our products and site are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them. They're mostly too annoying to deal with.
your rights
You may request deletion of information, or ask what we have on file, by writing to 
. Because our apps don't send data to us, there is generally nothing on our side to delete.

If we change this policy, the "last updated" date at the top will change.
